1. General information

The website www.pintasky.com, owned by PintaSky, uses cookies and similar technologies to enable the website to function correctly, remember certain preferences, obtain statistical information about its use and, where applicable, measure the effectiveness of commercial or advertising actions.

This Cookie Policy is intended to inform users, clearly and transparently, about what cookies are, which cookies and similar technologies are specifically used on this website, for what purpose, for how long, and how they can be managed or withdrawn.

The identifying details of the website owner are:

• Controller: EHang Technologies S.L.

• Tax ID (NIF): B88286141
• Address: Calle Castillo de Antequera, 86, 28692 Villanueva de la Cañada, Madrid, Spain

Hereinafter, PintaSky.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files or storage devices that may be downloaded onto a user's device when they visit a website.

Among other functions, cookies allow the storage and retrieval of information about a user's browsing habits or their device and, depending on the information they contain and how the device is used, they can be used to recognize the user or distinguish one session from another.

In addition to cookies, a website may use similar technologies, such as:

• local browser storage;
• tracking pixels;
• tags;
• identifiers;
• scripts;
• SDKs;
• web beacons;
• measurement technologies;
• technologies intended to store or retrieve information from the device.

For the purposes of this Policy, all of these technologies may be referred to collectively as "cookies and similar technologies".

3. Applicable regulations

The use of cookies and similar technologies is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular:

• Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce;
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation;
• Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights; and
• the criteria and guidelines of the competent data protection authorities, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Except for cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function, or to provide a service expressly requested by the user, cookies subject to consent must not be used until the user has accepted them.

This Cookie Policy has been drafted in good faith, based on the technical information available about the cookies and technologies actually used on the website at the time of publication, and with the intention of reasonably complying with applicable European and Spanish law on cookies and data protection. However, this document should not be interpreted as a statement of absolute legal compliance, as such an assessment would require a specific legal audit carried out by a qualified professional. PintaSky will review and update this Policy whenever necessary to keep it aligned with the website's actual technical configuration and with developments in applicable law.

4. What types of cookies may PintaSky use?

Depending on their purpose, www.pintasky.com may use the following categories of cookies.

4.1. Technical or necessary cookies

These are cookies necessary to enable the basic functioning of the website and to facilitate the user's browsing and use of its features.

They may be used, among other purposes, to:

• maintain the security of the website;
• technically manage communications;
• balance server load;
• remember cookie consent settings;
• prevent fraudulent activity, spam and malicious automated access;
• enable certain functionalities requested by the user;
• properly maintain the technical operation of the website.

These cookies do not require consent when they are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user.

4.2. Preference or personalization cookies

These allow certain information to be remembered so that the user accesses the service with features that may differentiate their experience from that of other users.

They may be used, for example, to remember:

• language;
• region;
• certain display preferences;
• previously selected settings.

Where these cookies are used exclusively as a result of an express choice made by the user themselves and are necessary to maintain that choice, they may be exempt from the consent requirement in the legally established cases.

No cookies of this category have currently been detected on the website.

4.3. Analytics or measurement cookies

These allow user numbers to be quantified and statistical information to be obtained about how the website is used.

Their purpose may include:

• finding out the number of visits;
• analyzing which pages receive the most visits;
• understanding, in aggregate form, how users browse;
• measuring session duration;
• detecting errors;
• analyzing website performance;
• understanding, in statistical form, the origin of traffic;
• improving the content, structure and operation of the website.

PintaSky uses Google Analytics 4 for these purposes. Google Analytics' analytics cookies are only loaded and activated after the user has given consent for the "Analytics" category through the website's consent management panel; if the user rejects or does not respond to this choice, these cookies are not installed.

4.4. Advertising cookies

These cookies allow advertising space to be managed as effectively as possible, or advertising campaigns to be measured.

They may be used, among other purposes, to:

• find out whether a campaign has generated visits;
• measure conversions;
• attribute certain actions to advertising campaigns;
• limit the frequency of certain ads;
• analyze campaign performance.

No advertising cookies have currently been detected on the website. If PintaSky activates Google Ads campaigns or other advertising platforms in the future, these cookies will only be used where the necessary consent exists, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.

4.5. Behavioral advertising cookies

These allow information about user behavior, obtained through the continued observation of their browsing habits, to be stored or analyzed.

This information may be used to create profiles or display advertising tailored to certain interests.

No cookies of this category have currently been detected on the website. If PintaSky uses behavioral advertising technologies at any point, these will be subject to the user's prior consent where required by law.

5. First-party and third-party cookies

Depending on the entity that manages the cookie, cookies can be classified as follows:

First-party cookies

These are cookies managed from a domain or system controlled by PintaSky, from which the service requested by the user is provided.

Third-party cookies

These are cookies managed by entities other than PintaSky

The website currently integrates services from the following third parties, which may use cookies or other similar technologies:

• CookieYes: management and recording of the user's cookie consent.
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC): protection of the website and its forms against bots, spam and malicious automated submissions.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC): statistical measurement and analysis of visitor behavior, subject to consent.

The next section sets out the complete, up-to-date list of specific cookies detected, together with their category, provider, duration and purpose. If new providers or technologies are added in the future (for example, video platforms, maps, social media or marketing tools), this Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Cookies used on this website

According to the most recent technical scan carried out using CookieYes, 5 cookies have been detected on www.pintasky.com, distributed as follows:

• 3 necessary
• 2 analytics
• 0 functional
• 0 performance
• 0 advertising/marketing

The cookies cookieyes-*, rc::a and rc::c have been classified as necessary because they are essential to remember the user's consent preferences and to protect the website and its forms against bots and automated submissions; they may therefore be installed without prior consent. As analytics cookies, _ga and _ga_* are only loaded and activated once the user has accepted the "Analytics" category in the consent panel; if the user rejects this category or does not make a choice, Google Analytics does not run and these cookies are not installed.

This list reflects the result of the latest available technical scan and may not be exhaustive if changes occur in the website's configuration, in the tools used, or in providers' behavior. PintaSky will periodically review this information and keep it up to date.

7. Google Analytics

www.pintasky.com uses Google Analytics 4, a measurement and analytics service provided by Google LLC, to obtain aggregate statistical information about the use of the website (visits, sessions, traffic and browsing behavior).

The specific cookies associated with Google Analytics 4 (_ga and _ga_*), their provider, duration and purpose are set out in section 6 of this Policy.

It is reiterated that these analytics cookies are only used once the user has given consent for the corresponding category through the consent management system (CookieYes) integrated into the website. The actual duration of the cookies may vary depending on changes introduced by Google or limitations applied by browsers.

8. Google Tag Manager

www.pintasky.com uses Google Tag Manager as a tag management system, which allows the technologies used on the website (currently, Google Analytics 4) to be managed and deployed from a centralized platform.

The use of Google Tag Manager does not, in itself, mean that technologies other than those described in this Policy are active. Tags requiring consent are configured to respect the preferences expressed by the user through the website's consent management system.

9. Google Ads and conversion measurement

The website does not currently use Google Ads or advertising conversion measurement tools, and no cookie of this kind was found in the most recent scan.

If PintaSky activates Google Ads campaigns or other advertising platforms in the future, Google may use cookies, identifiers or other technologies (for example, cookies belonging to the _gcl_* family) to measure the performance of such campaigns. These technologies will be subject to the user's consent where legally required, and this Policy will be updated to reflect their specific use.

10. Google Consent Mode

The website may use Google's technical mechanisms designed to adapt the behavior of certain tags to the consent preferences expressed by the user.

These mechanisms may manage different states related, among others, to:

• storage for analytics purposes;
• storage for advertising purposes;
• use of data for advertising purposes;
• ad personalization.

The use of these mechanisms does not, in itself, replace the legally required obligations to inform users and obtain their consent.

PintaSky will endeavor to ensure that the configuration of its measurement and marketing tools respects the choices made by users.

11. Embedded third-party content

The website may incorporate content or functionalities from external platforms.

Among others, these may include:

• videos;
• maps;
• social media;
• media players;
• external forms;
• communication systems;
• embedded content.

These providers may use cookies, identifiers or other technologies when the user interacts with such content.

Where such technologies require consent, PintaSky will endeavor to ensure that the corresponding content or functionality does not activate the affected cookies until the user has given their consent.

12. How long are cookies kept?

Cookies can be classified according to how long they remain active:

Session cookies

These are deleted when the user closes their browser or the corresponding session ends. On this website, Google reCAPTCHA's rc::c cookie is a session cookie.

Persistent cookies

These remain stored on the device for the period established for each cookie, unless the user deletes them beforehand. On this website, cookieyes-* is kept for 1 year, _ga and _ga_* for approximately 1 year, 1 month and 4 days, and rc::a has no expiry date defined by the provider.

The exact retention period may vary depending on the purpose, the corresponding provider, and future updates to their services. The complete, up-to-date list is set out in section 6.

13. User consent

The first time a user accesses www.pintasky.com, a consent management banner powered by CookieYes is displayed.

Through this panel, the user can:

• Accept non-necessary cookies (currently, Google Analytics' analytics cookies).
• Reject non-necessary cookies.
• Configure their preferences by category.

The absence of a choice, or simply continuing to browse, will not by itself be considered valid consent for installing cookies that require consent. Until the user gives consent for the "Analytics" category, Google Analytics does not run and the _ga and _ga_* cookies are not installed.

Cookies classified as necessary in this Policy (cookieyes-*, rc::a and rc::c) may be used regardless of the choice made by the user, as they are considered essential to the operation and security of the website.

14. How to change or withdraw consent

The user may change or withdraw their consent at any time.

To do so, they can return to CookieYes's cookie settings or management panel available on www.pintasky.com.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Selected preferences are kept (via the cookieyes-* cookie) for a reasonable period in order to avoid asking the user to make the same decision again on every visit.

15. How to delete cookies from your browser

In addition to the settings panel available on the website, the user can allow, block or delete cookies installed on their device through their browser's settings.

Most browsers generally allow users to:

• view stored cookies;
• block certain cookies;
• block third-party cookies;
• delete existing cookies;
• configure browser behavior for new cookies.

The location and naming of these options may vary depending on the browser, device and version used.

It should be noted that deleting or blocking certain cookies may affect the functioning of some website features, including the anti-spam protection of the forms.

16. International data transfers

The technology providers used by PintaSky — CookieYes, and Google LLC through Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics — may belong to international corporate groups or provide their services using infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.

Where the use of cookies or similar technologies involves an international transfer of personal data, this must be carried out in accordance with the mechanisms and safeguards established in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

These mechanisms may include, as applicable:

• adequacy decisions of the European Commission;
• standard contractual clauses;
• transfer frameworks recognized under applicable law;
• binding corporate rules;
• other safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

Users can obtain additional information about the processing carried out by these providers by consulting their respective privacy and cookie policies.

17. Processing of personal data through cookies

Certain cookies and similar technologies may involve the processing of data considered personal under the GDPR.

Where this occurs, processing will be carried out in accordance with this Cookie Policy and PintaSky's Privacy Policy.

For analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), the legal basis for processing is the user's consent. For the necessary cookies linked to CookieYes and Google reCAPTCHA, the legal basis is PintaSky's legitimate interest in managing consent and protecting the website against spam and automated access.

The user may exercise the rights recognized under data protection law by contacting info@pintasky.com.

For additional information about the processing of personal data, the user can consult the Privacy Policy available at www.pintasky.com.

18. Updates to the list of cookies

The cookies, tools and technological services used on a website may change, among other reasons, due to:

• technical updates;
• changes made by external providers (CookieYes, Google);
• the addition or removal of services;
• changes to analytics or marketing tools;
• changes made in Google Tag Manager;
• new website functionalities.

For this reason, the list of cookies set out in section 6 of this Policy will be reviewed and updated periodically through new technical scans.

Users can also consult CookieYes's consent management panel, where it provides up-to-date information about the active categories and technologies.

19. Responsibility of third parties

PintaSky does not control changes that CookieYes, Google or other third-party providers may make directly to their technologies, policies or systems.

Third-party services are likewise subject to their own policies and terms.

PintaSky will make reasonable efforts to review the tools integrated into the website and to keep the information provided to users up to date.

20. Changes to this Cookie Policy

PintaSky may modify this Cookie Policy when:

• technologies are added or removed;
• the cookies used change, or the results of future technical scans differ;
• applicable legislation is amended;
• new criteria from the competent authorities emerge;
• website functionalities change;
• it is necessary to update the information provided to users.

The version in force will be the one published at any given time at www.pintasky.com.

Where changes are introduced that substantially affect previously given consent, users may be asked to configure their preferences again.
