Technology built for the Show
Our Drone is the platform we use to turn a digital design into an aerial choreography. Each shape is first modelled in a virtual environment, drone by drone, before moving on to the real flight.
The system coordinates the position, colour and movement of the entire fleet so that every point of light occupies the exact place it should at every instant of the show.
Precision
Precision in every movement
Each drone incorporates RTK-GNSS positioning using carrier-phase differential technology, with centimetre-level precision. That reference is what allows the individual trajectory of each aircraft to be calculated and coordinated with the rest of the fleet in real time throughout the operation.
That coordination is what allows hundreds of independent points of light to form sharp shapes, fast and stable transitions, and synchronised movements in the sky.
Lighting
Light designed to be seen
Each drone incorporates full-colour RGBW LED lighting, capable of reproducing up to 4.2 billion shades and varying its intensity during flight. It's the element that turns a position in the sky into an experience visible from the ground.
The colour design is planned together with the choreography to reinforce the reading of every shape, transition and message in the show.

Fleet coordination
Technology built to work as one
The centralised management system is designed so that the entire fleet behaves as a single choreography, not as independent units, with a demonstrated capacity to coordinate more than 20,000 drones on a single control system. This large-scale coordination capability has been validated in large-format public tests, recognised with a Guinness World Records title for the largest number of drones of this generation flying simultaneously from a single system.
The flight is carried out completely autonomously — take-off, show and return — and each aircraft includes real-time fault diagnosis together with redundancy in sensors and communications. Deployment is carried out using a box take-off system, which reduces personnel and space requirements on site. Each operation is planned specifically according to the characteristics of the venue, the event, applicable regulations and the agreed creative design.

Questions about our Drone
Our Drone is PintaSky's technology platform that coordinates the fleet of illuminated drones used in our shows, from the digital design of the shapes to their synchronised execution in flight.
Each shape is modelled digitally and translated into a specific position and colour for every drone. That choreography is simulated before being carried over to the real operation.
The flight is carried out via pre-programmed trajectories supervised by the technical team throughout the operation, following the choreography previously designed and simulated.
Each aircraft includes real-time fault diagnosis and redundancy in sensors and communications, with safety protocols supervised by the technical team throughout the operation.
Our Drone has a demonstrated coordination capacity of more than 20,000 drones on a single control system. The number of drones used in each show is defined according to the creative design and the characteristics of the event.
Each aircraft offers up to 43 minutes of flight time, a margin that is managed alongside the rest of the show's technical planning.
